Welcome to UltraFluent!  UltraFluent website and service. provided by the UltraFluent team. ("UltraFluent", "we", "us", or "our"). We know that you care about how information about you will be used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so in a discreet and prudent manner. This document describes our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) for the UltraFluent general audience website (“Site”) located at UltraFluent.club. The site offers registered users the opportunity to practice their language skills.

Notice about the information we collect and how we use it

Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with a secure, seamless, efficient and personalized experience. This allows us to provide services and features that are most likely to meet your needs, and to customize our services to make your learning experience better and more accessible.

You can view parts of our Site without providing us with personal information. Certain uses of the Site, including the ability to practice language skills, require you to register through the Site, in which case we collect and store information, including personal information, that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Site.

You may choose not to provide us with certain information, but if you do so, you may not be able to take advantage of the benefits and features of our site. We use personal information to deliver the Site to you and to develop analytics and aggregated data that enable us to improve our Site. Once you provide us with your personal information, you are no longer anonymous to us.

In addition to the specific uses described below, we may generally use any information we collect for the following purposes:

Information we collect about site users

Log files

Like many websites, we automatically collect certain information about our website traffic and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and traffic flow data. We use this information, which does not by itself identify individual users, for trend analysis, to administer the Site, track user movements on the Site, and collect demographic information about our user base. We may associate this automatically collected information with your personal information, in which case it will be used and disclosed as personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user's computer for record keeping. We use both session ID and persistent cookies on the Site. The session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for a long period of time. You can delete persistent cookies by following the instructions in the "help" file. your internet browser. We set a persistent cookie to store your password so you don't have to enter it more than once. Persistent cookies also allow us to track and target the interests of our users to improve your experience on our site.

Blank Gifs  (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)

We may use software technology called clear gifs, also called web beacons or web bugs, to help manage content on the Site by tracking which content is effective. Blank Gifs are tiny graphic images with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the movements of users of the Site on the Internet. Unlike cookies, which are stored on the user's computer's hard drive, Blank Gifs are embedded seamlessly into web pages and are the size of the dot at the end of this sentence.

Information we collect from registered users of the site and app

Registration

During registration, you must provide accurate contact information in accordance with our User Agreement. Registration requires that you provide us with: (i) a unique username and password, (ii) your email address, (iii) your country of residence, (iv) your language preferences, and (v) your gender. We use this information to create an account for you on the Site or App, to contact you about services on our Site and App in which you have expressed an interest, and to customize your experience according to your preferences. For example, information about your country of residence helps us provide you with a tutor in a comparable time zone.

Using information

In order to improve our services, we will collect data about your use of the Site and App, including, but not limited to: (i) the length of your sessions, (ii) what features of the Site and App you use, (iii) when you access the Site and the Application and related features. We may use all of the above information as set out in this Privacy Policy.

We use Google Analytics, which uses log files and cookies (see above) to track certain information about visitors to the Site in the aggregate. This service collects usage and volume statistics so that we can analyze the use of our Site. Device Information

When you use the Site and the App, we collect non-personal information about the device you use to access the App, including but not limited to: (i) device type, operating system and mobile carrier, (ii) the language used by the device and (iii) the time zone used by the device. This allows UltraFluent to recognize your device when you enter a website or app.

Payment

In order to use the services on the Site or App, you must make payment in accordance with the terms of the payment plan. If you access UltraFluent through the Site, you are purchasing services through a third party payment processor (such as PayPal). These third party providers will require you to provide information used for billing and payment purposes. We do not have access to this payment information other than the amount of your purchase and information that identifies you as a buyer. Any use of billing and payment information is subject to the respective policies of those third parties.

Tutor's notes

In order to ensure you have a seamless teacher replacement, the teachers take notes about your conversation based on the information you provide during the sessions. This information includes, but is not limited to, your age, gender, language preferences, tutor preferences (such as the gender of the tutor), and interests. We may retain any such information and associate it with your personal information. This information will only be available to UltraFluent staff and instructors with whom you communicate. We may use this information to match you with a specific mentor available on the Site and App and provide you with information and services that may be of interest to you.

Correspondence

If you choose to leave us feedback, we will collect the information you send us. We retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support, and troubleshoot problems, within the limits of the law.

If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the Site and App, we may collect such information in a file intended for you.

How to request deletion of data?

To remove your account and records about your account from the UltraFluent databases, you need to contact the system administrator via the e-mail address admin@ultrafluent.club , while indicating: your login in the system; your password; reason for deleting the account. After receiving the request, your account will be deleted within 24 hours.
